Conrad is the Co-Founder, Head Producer, and CEO of 4 SERVICE VIDEO LLC. His Cuban, Mexican, and American heritage imbues his work with passion, style, and creativity. Known for his sheer tenacity and prowess for problem-solving, Conrad excels in overseeing productions of any scale, from inception to delivery.

In the realm of feature films, Conrad has been instrumental in Producing, Directing, and Managing a diverse portfolio of works, including over fifteen feature films, numerous shorts, new media content, and TV pilots.

On the commercial front, he has written, directed and/or produced several successful multi-million-dollar marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, local businesses, and designer brands alike.

Christopher Jackson (born August 16, 1989) is an award-winning American film director, screenwriter, actor, producer, and portrait photographer. He has led the acclaimed Florida production company, CineView Studios, for the last four years. Born and raised in Florida, Jackson is known for his ability to motivate strong performances from actors, calling on his long-standing performance background. He is also known for capturing the multifaceted landscape of Florida and treating the scenic views as an important member of the story. From beach scenes to swamp lands, and everything in between, Jackson has been referred to as the "quintessential Florida Filmmaker" and has been called on to produce and direct for companies from across the country. He is best known for his work with iHorror.com as the co-creator and showrunner of the anthology Terror Tales. His comedic, short film, Protection, won several awards at the Atlanta 24-hour film challenge in 2018 and his surreal, horror film, In Dark, won "Best Directing" and "Best Film" in 2019. And in 2022, his family-friendly feature film, The Beast Comes at Midnight, was honored as the "Best Florida Feature" at the Gaspirilla Film Festival in Tampa.
